Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients' health needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient care in the electronic health record (Epic).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio or a compact license.
• BLS certification.
• NIC and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant nursing experience.
