About the role

This is a 13-week assignment with night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) on a 4x12-hour schedule. The facility uses Epic for charting.

Pay

$2,569 to $2,763 weekly, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• NC License or Compact License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Skills:
  • BiPAP/CPAP management
  • Blood Product Administration
  • Cardiac Telemetry
  • Central line care/management
  • Interpretation of dysrhythmias
  • Isolation Precautions/PPE
  • IV insulin protocols
  • Management of dysrhythmias
  • Nasal Cannula
  • Non-invasive airway management
  • Oxygen administration
  • Oxygen tanks
  • Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent
  • Peripheral Line Care/Management
  • PICC line management
  • Post Cardiac Angiogram
  • Post MI
  • Pre/Post Cardiac Cath
  • Telemetry - on the unit monitoring
  • TR Band
  • Heparin Protocols
  • High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
  • Starting and maintaining IVs
  • Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
• Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred
