Aya Healthcare is seeking a Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse in Farmington, NM.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely using the Cerner charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform medication administration and monitor patient response.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• One year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience with telehealth technologies is a plus.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Cerner charting system.
