Job Summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for an MS/Tele Registered Nurse in Springdale, AR. This position offers a competitive salary range of $1487.00 to $1717.00 weekly for a 13-week assignment. Shifts are available from 06:45 - 19:15, Monday through Friday.

About the Role

This role will provide care in an acute care hospital setting, working with a team to ensure patient needs are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing patient education.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Assess patients’ conditions and document observations
• Provide patient education and discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current RN license in Arkansas or a compact state
• One year of relevant clinical experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficiency in Cerner charting system
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay and Schedule
