Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using bi-pap/CPAP management, blood product administration, central line care, chest tubes, continuous bladder irrigation, CVA, feeding tube care, heparin protocols, isolation precautions, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, PCA, peripheral line care, phlebotomy, PICC line management, renal failure, seizure disorders, starting and maintaining IVs, substance withdrawal, bariatric surgery, tracheostomy care, and telemetry.
• Manage BiPAP/CPAP, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Feeding tube care and management, Heparin Protocols, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Isolation Precautions/PPE, MS/Tele, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, PCA, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, PICC line management, Renal failure, Seizure disorders, Starting and maintaining IVs, Substance Withdrawal, Bariatric surgery, TR Band, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Tracheostomy care/management, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams.
• Perform charge nurse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 Year
• Required Certifications & Skills: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Licenses: OK License or Compact License

Qualifications

• Previous Charge Nurse Experience: Preferred
