About the role
Aya Healthcare is seeking a Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse in Concord, NC.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and timely using the Epic charting system.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina RN license.
- One year of relevant nursing experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience with telehealth technologies a plus.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
