MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg for a travel assignment in Seattle, Washington. The position is a 13‑week travel contract requiring 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures and for patients managed with pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain broad knowledge of various health conditions encountered in Med/Surg settings.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform appropriate treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.
