Float & assignment details

- Will float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes — floats to all Medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro.
- If pre-assigned to a particular unit for any part of the contract, it will be communicated with the timeframe.
- Workers remaining in float pool call a recorded line up to 1 hour before shift start to receive their unit assignment.

- RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract
- Guaranteed Hours: Yes, 3 shifts per 13 weeks; cancelled shifts must be regular shift length
