Travel MRI Technologist - $3,254 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a contract with one of our top healthcare clients. The position is located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MRI principles to operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently.
• Ensure patient, staff, and visitor safety within the MRI environment.
• Set appropriate technical parameters, operate MRI scanners, and monitor image data during scans.
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations.
• Comply with regulatory and professional guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers.

Requirements

• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by law.
• Eighteen months of MRI tech experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
