Job Details
MRI Technician position at Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham system.
Role
Working 36 hours per week on Sunday, Monday, and Friday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Requirements
- Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test.
- TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if break >6 months, or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months and updated if break >6 months.
- Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if break >6 months.
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if break >6 months.
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if break >6 months.
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
- Two references within 4 years of submission, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
- MGB Skills Checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
- MGB Education Verification through background check company.
- MGB SSN Trace with addresses/aliases for past 7 years.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
- MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility submissions.
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date and updated annually.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
Schedule

Additional Details
- Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred or proof of immunity or declination.
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred.
- Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation if applicable.
- MGB Name Change Documentation if legal name differs from credential documentation.
- MGB TB Symptom Survey if positive PPD, to be completed prior to start and updated annually.
