Job Details

MRI Technician position requiring at least 1 year of hospital experience in MRI and the GE system, familiarity with EPIC, and travel experience. May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.

Schedule Information

• Shift hours: 0730-1600.
• Every 5th weekend required.
• Evening, overnight, and holiday (EOH) shifts.
• Call based on department needs, currently about 1/2 days during weekdays.

Additional Details

• Ascension Resume required for submission.
• Signed Assignment Agreement required for onboarding.
• Ascension Core Competencies must be completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years.
• Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding and Education Attestation required for onboarding.
• Various health and vaccination requirements including MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire, Health Statement, Varicella, Tdap, and 2 Step PPD or IGRA.
• Driver's License/State ID must be current and valid.
• Ascension Profile and 2 Professional References required for submission.
• Criminal Background Check, EPLS, Skills Checklist, 12 Panel Drug Screen, Education Verification, Confirmation of Assignment, Employment Verification, Badge Photo, Specialty Exam, and Color Vision testing required for onboarding or prior to start as specified.
