Travel MRI Technologist - $2,909 per week

About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the examination process.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently using EPIC.
• Communicate effectively with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• ARRT certification or equivalent.
• WI license preferred.
• 4-10 hour shifts from 0700-1730, with potential for 3-12 hour shifts.
• Experience in MRI and GE systems.
• One year of hospital experience in MRI.
• Call coverage based on department needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Floating is not required for the MRI Tech position.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be available for travel assignments in multiple locations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
