About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a position in Olathe, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an MRI Technologist.
- Experience in MRI technology preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited MRI technologist program.
- Passing score on the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) exam.
Skills
- Proficient in MRI equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 10 hours long and occur 5 days a week.
