Travel MRI Technologist - $2,755 per week

About the role

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Grapevine, Texas, starting 11/09/2026. This travel position involves performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients under the supervision of a Radiologist, delivering high-quality imaging in accordance with established protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by a physician or licensed provider, following established protocols and standards for quality and safety.
• Prepare patients and areas for procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively and provide patient-centered care.
• Serve as a preceptor for new team members.
• Take call if required.

Requirements

• BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
• ARRT (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) or ARMRIT certification.
• Relevant educational background.
• At least 3 years of experience with 1.5T and 3T magnets.

Schedule

Night shift, 4x10-hour shifts (1900–0530), minimum 40 hours per week.
