Travel MRI Technologist - $2,753 per week

About the role

As an MRI Technologist, you will perform MRI procedures on both adult and pediatric patients according to established protocols. You will utilize independent judgment to apply appropriate MRI scanning techniques for diagnosis while preparing and screening patients and objects for safety in the magnet room. Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to protocols set by radiologists.
• Ensure patient and object safety prior to entering the magnet room.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment including Philips Ingenia 1.5 and Spectris Solaris Injector.
• Prepare patients by screening and explaining procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Utilize EPIC for computerized charting and data management.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in MRI procedures.
• ARRT certification in MRI is required.
• BLS certification (AHA) is required.
• Certified MRI Technologist - ARRT (MR) certification is required.

Schedule

This position requires a schedule of M-F from 10 PM to 6 AM or Sunday-Wednesday from 10 PM to 8 AM (12‑hour night shifts, 36 hours per week).
