Travel MRI Technologist - $2,575 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a position in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide clear instructions during the procedure.
• Operate MRI equipment and monitor images for quality and accuracy.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current certification as an MRI Technologist from a recognized accrediting body.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in MRI technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of radiation protection principles and patient safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency with MRI equipment and software.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 10 hours long and occur 5 days a week.
