About the role

This role involves providing advanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, including neuro, body, and musculoskeletal studies. The position requires technical expertise to support outpatient and inpatient imaging procedures, with a focus on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans across neuro, body, and musculoskeletal studies
• Support both outpatient and inpatient imaging procedures
• Start IVs as required
• Participate in limited on-call responsibilities
• Maintain imaging volume averaging 13 scans/studies per day

Requirements

• BLS certification
• Certified MRI Technologist – ARRT (MR)
• Washington state license required at time of submittal
• 2 years of MRI scan experience
• Ability to work Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (12‑hour shifts)

Schedule

• Friday to Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 12‑hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week

Department details

• Department: Radiology – MRI, specializing in neuro, body, and musculoskeletal studies
• Imaging equipment: Siemens TIMS Symphony & 3T Trio MRI scanners
• EMR & PACS: EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS software and hardware
• First full week of department‑specific orientation
• No scrubs provided
• RRA’s are not used; in‑house radiologist available
• Limited cancellations permitted

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
