About the role
Binding Minds is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment at CJW Medical Center - Chippenham Campus in Richmond, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and hospital policies.
- Document patient information accurately and securely using EMR systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and referring physicians.
- Participate in on-call rotation for weekends and weeknights.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience.
- ARRT (MR) or equivalent MR certification.
- Active Virginia License.
- BLS certification.
Qualifications
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and weeknights.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of EMR systems such as Meditech and Centricity.

Pay
W2: $22.5
Stipend: $1,659

Schedule
12 hours, days shift: Saturday–Monday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
On-call rotation includes weekend calls and weekday evenings.
