Job Details
Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Schedule: Days shift, 36 hours per week, with one weeknight (Sunday-Thursday) and one weekend (Friday/Saturday) every tenth weekend.
Required Qualifications
24 months of current MRI / Magnetic Resonance Imaging experience
ARRT / American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification
Proficiency with Siemens MRI equipment
ARMRIT or ARRT (R) (MR) certification
Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EPIC or EPIC Radiant systems
Level I trauma experience highly preferred
Level II trauma experience required
Additional Information
The assignment requires quick interviewing via phone call or text from a 405 area code.
The orientation begins on 07/27/2026, with a follow-up orientation on 08/03/2026.
The role may require floating across multiple campuses, including Iowa Methodist Medical Center and Iowa Lutheran.
Travel experience is preferred.
Holiday Work: Contractor is expected to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day), unless the unit is closed.
Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Certification: ARRT.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
