Travel MRI Technologist - $2,357 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for performing MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort while obtaining high-quality images for diagnostic use. The role requires flexibility to work in different units and perform under various conditions, including potential emergency response during catastrophic events.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on patients, ensuring high-quality images are obtained.
• Provide patient care and education regarding MRI procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the unit's charting system.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols in all imaging procedures.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience is required.
• ARRT certification in MRI is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Understanding of MRI technology and operation of MRI equipment.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system is preferred.

Schedule

• Day Shift: Thursday 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM, Friday 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: Saturday 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
