About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures under the supervision of a radiologist
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations
- Accurately position patients for imaging
- Operate MRI equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines
- Document patient information and images accurately
- Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Requirements
- Current state-issued MRI technologist license
- Experience with MRI technology
- Knowledge of patient care protocols
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited MRI technologist program
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
