Travel MRI Technologist - $2,180 per week

About the role

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a position in Portsmouth, Virginia. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members
• Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functioning

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an MRI Technologist
• Experience in MRI technology
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Completion of an accredited MRI technologist program

Skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
