MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a contract position in Skokie, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MRI principles to operate scanners safely and efficiently.
• Ensure patient, staff, and visitor safety within the MRI environment.
• Set appropriate technical parameters and observe scan data.
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations.
• Comply with regulatory and professional guidelines.
• Provide quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers.

Requirements

• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience, preferably in critical care settings.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Pay

• Based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
