Travel MRI Technologist - $2,166 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 1+ year of experience for a 13-week travel contract at a Level III Trauma Center in Gallatin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures on adult and geriatric patients
• Operate a GE Signa Voyager 1.5T MR
• Utilize EMR systems including Meditech, Unity PACS, and vRAD
• Work 4x10-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Participate in every other weekend coverage
• Rotate Sunday on-call duties approximately once per month, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No float requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology/MRI experience required
• ARRT (MR) and AHA BLS certifications required
• State licensure or certification to practice as an MRI Tech in Tennessee, if applicable
• Valid Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Qualifications

• Candidates must reside 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• Candidates must not be employed full-time elsewhere
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Acceptable attire includes color scrubs, but torn or overly tight attire is not permitted

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
