About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Muskegon, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment.
- Document patient information accurately and securely.
- Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
Requirements
- Current certification as an MRI Technologist.
- Experience with Philips Evolution 3T and Siemens SolA 1.5T MRI systems.
- Knowledge of relevant imaging techniques and patient care practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of an accredited MRI technologist program.
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
