Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using MRI equipment
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Accurately document patient information and images in the Epic charting system
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required
• Use various imaging techniques such as T-1 Weighted Images, T-2 Weighted Images, Diffusion (non-brain), etc.
• Assist with starting peripheral IV's and surface coils
• Work in a 4, 10-hour shift from 19:30 to 06:00

Requirements

• Experience: 1 Year
• Required Certifications & Skills:
• BLS
• ARRT R
• Abdomen, Adult Acute Care, Brain, Diffusion (non-brain), ER/Trauma, Face/soft tissue neck, Female Pelvis, GE, Gradient Echo Imaging, Hip/bony pelvis, Image post-processing (Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction), Knee, Lumbar, Maximum intensity projection (MIP), Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Adult Outpatient, Cervical, Male Pelvis, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Thoracic, PACS, Shoulder, Siemens, Spin Echo Images, Starting Peripheral IV’s, Surface Coils, T-1 Weighted Images, T-2 Weighted Images
