About the Role

The MRI Tech will be responsible for performing Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and timely using the Meditech charting system.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to infection control practices and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current certification as an MRI Technologist.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary state licenses.
