About the role
Aya is seeking a Travel MRI Tech Radiology / Cardiology to join their team in Everett, WA.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures under the supervision of a radiologist
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Accurately document patient information and procedure details in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Prepare and administer contrast media as required
- Use various imaging techniques such as T-1 Weighted Images, T-2 Weighted Images, Spin Echo Images, Gradient Echo Imaging, etc.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and hospital policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements
- At least 1.0 year of relevant experience
- Current certification in ARMRIT, ARRT MR, BLS, either ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) (R), and WA license
- Knowledge of abdominal, adult acute care, adult ICU, brain, cervical, chest, ER/Trauma, face/soft tissue neck, female pelvis, GE, gradient echo imaging, hip/bony pelvis, knee, lumbar, male pelvis, PACS, perfusion, preparation and/or administration of contrast media, shoulder, surface coils, thoracic imaging
