Job Summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for an MRI Tech in Altoona, PA. The position offers a pay range of $2282.08 to $2475.04 weekly for a 13-week assignment. Shifts are available as Nights (3, 12-Hour shifts: 03:00 - 15:00) or Alt Schedule (3, 12-Hour shifts: 15:00 - 03:00), with openings for 1 position starting on 08/03/2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures under supervision
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Operate MRI equipment according to manufacturer's guidelines
• Document patient information accurately in the charting system (Epic)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Current certification as an MRI Technologist
• Knowledge of the Epic charting system

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
