Travel MRI Tech - $3,520 per week

About the role

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, New York. FirstChoice is Trinity Health's internal travel staffing solution offering flexible scheduling, premium pay scales, and the option to work locally or travel nationally across the health system's 92 hospitals and hundreds of care centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of MRI procedures, both professional and non-clinical, consistent with optimal image quality
• Collaborate with assigned unit members and FirstChoice colleagues to deliver evidence-based care within a healing culture for patients and families
• Fill short and long-term assignments throughout the health system
• Willingness to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or higher required
• Minimum 18 months of MRI experience required
• Registered in MRI by the ARRT or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology (ARMRIT)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association certifications only accepted)
• Willingness to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility

Pay

Gross weekly rate: $3,520 (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation; tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
