No RTO during the first or last week of assignment. Certification Requirements: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced Cert (preferred) Additional Details/Requirements: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital experience required. Level 1 Trauma and Adult ICU experience preferred. IV Starts, PACS, Contrast experience required. Frequent: Neuro, Orthorpedic, abdominal. 1.5 Siemens Symphony; OP, IP, ER. On call rotation.
