Travel MRI Tech - $2,083 per week

About the role

American Traveler seeks a travel MRI Technologist to perform contrast and non-contrast MRI studies on rotating 12‑hour shifts (3×12hrs per week, 36 hours total) including weekends. The position uses GE MRI equipment and Cerner EMR in an imaging department, with shifts running 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The assignment begins September 28, 2026 and lasts 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI contrast and non‑contrast procedures
• Breast MRI experience preferred
• Adhere to black scrubs dress code
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends, as scheduled (7:00 AM–7:00 PM)
• Collaborate with a team of 9 staff members
• Maintain compliance with facility policies (e.g., no gaps in work history >90 days)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience
• Current MRI registration (ARRT or equivalent)
• State license if applicable
• No work‑history gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Must reside outside a 50‑mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
