Travel Mother Baby RN - $1,575 per week

Responsibilities
- Educate and assist new mothers with physical and emotional needs during the postpartum period.
- Perform dual role of caring for infants and educating mothers about care.
- Care for both mothers and their newborns after delivery.
- Monitor mothers in the hours following delivery to ensure proper recovery.
- Recognize postpartum depression and teach new moms how to address emotions.
- Teach new parents how to care for, bathe, breastfeed, and/or bottle-feed the newborn.
- Monitor the newborn’s health.
Requirements
- Active RN License.
- Degree from accredited nursing program.
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certification.
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Mother/Baby setting.
- Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.
