Requirements
- Active fetal monitoring certification required: C-EFM REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION
- BLS required
- MD/Compact license in hand, no exceptions
- 3 years of RN acute care experience required
- Antepartum and EFM experience preferred
- Antepartum/postpartum cross-training expected
- No call required
- Rotating holidays + weekends, cannot accommodate block scheduling
Responsibilities
- Provide maternal and newborn care in a hospital setting, supporting labor, postpartum, and antepartum patients
- Float to Labor and Delivery to assist with LDRP needs and ensure continuity of patient care
- Utilize fetal monitoring skills and certifications to assess fetal well-being
- Support antepartum and postpartum patients with comprehensive nursing care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient support during night shifts
