Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for diverse patients, conducting individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Monitor patient responses and initiate alternative actions for adverse symptoms
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed
