Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for diverse patients and perform individualized assessments to develop tailored care plans.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients and initiate alternative actions in response to adverse symptoms.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
