About the Role
Provide bedside care and perform individualized patient assessments to develop personalized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Prepare equipment and support procedures such as dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts
- Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate appropriate interventions
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Ability to respond to patient needs promptly
