Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population
• Perform individualized patient assessments to develop personalized care plans
• Prepare medical equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
• Execute essential nursing duties
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
• Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate appropriate actions
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed
