About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment. The role involves providing comprehensive care to adult patients before and after surgeries, managing medications, performing assessments, and documenting treatments to ensure seamless communication among healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to adult patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
• Perform patient assessments and monitor health changes
• Ensure accurate and meticulous documentation to facilitate effective treatment and recovery

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification
• At least eighteen months of recent acute care experience
