About the role
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- At least two years of proven experience as an RN.
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Virginia.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems.
- Experience with patient safety protocols.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours long and occur 5 days per week.
