Travel Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN – Infusion/Oncology - $2,466 per week

About the role

Malone Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry position in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The start date is July 22, 2026, and the duration is 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts at night.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable caring for medically complex patients
• Experience managing telemetry patients
• Experience managing and titrating IV drips
• Experience with blood transfusions
• IV drips: Insulin, Heparin, Cardizem, Nitro, Amiodarone, Octreotide
• Respiratory equipment: CPAP, BiPAP, High Flow Oxygen, RT available 24/7
• Support staff: Charge RN every shift, Modified assignments, House Supervisor 24/7, CNAs, Days/Evenings: 1:7–9, Nights: up to 1:14
• Schedule: Days 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Nights 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Every other weekend, Holiday rotation: 2 of 3 winter holidays, Every other holiday during the rest of the year, No call or standby
• Floating: Travelers are first to float, Other Med/Surg units, Outside Med/Surg only as: Patient observer, Helping hands/tasking, Floating typically occurs in 4-hour increments
• Orientation: 1 day hospital orientation/CBTs, 1 precepted 12-hour floor shift

Requirements

• Required Certification: BLS
• Required Experience: Acute care hospital RN experience
• Preferred: Previous travel nursing experience
• Not Required: Oncology experience, Chemotherapy certification/administration

• Common Patient Population: Oncology/Hematology, General Medical, GI Bleed, Pulmonary Embolism (PE), DVTSepsis, CHF, COPD, Pneumonia, Failure to Thrive (FTT), Weakness/Deconditioning
