About the role
Meda Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026, in Des Moines, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as an RN.
- Current state licensure.
- BLS/ACLS certification (at minimum).
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
