About the role
A travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry position is available in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent acute care experience preferred.
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry setting preferred.
