About the role

A Hospital in Iowa is looking for an experienced Telemetry RN for a travel contract.

The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience, hold an active BLS, ACLS, and IA license (or compact).

Responsibilities

  • Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a hospital setting.
  • Assess patient conditions and document observations accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Perform routine checks and report any changes in patient status promptly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current active BLS, ACLS, and IA license (or compact).

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certification.
  • State-specific license (IA license or compact).

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of telemetry equipment and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. A Hospital in Iowa is offering a pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, nights.

Duration: 13 weeks.
