Job Details
Inpatient General Surgery position
36 hours per week
Day/night rotating shifts
Job Requirements
- 2+ years level 1 experience required
- 1+ years travel experience required
Primary Source Verification
- Professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date
- NURSYS and BON required for nursing licenses
Fit Test and Respirator Medical Clearance
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required
MGB Examinations and Documentation
- MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing within 365 days
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity
- TB Test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
MGB Background Checks
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Massachusetts CORI within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
References and Skills
- 2 references within 4 years of submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset
- MGB Skills Checklist completed within 1 year of submission
