Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Floor in Wenatchee, WA. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner within the medical surgical specialty. The RN is responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care
• Performing nursing procedures
• Documenting accurately
• Assessing patient conditions
• Willing to float as a sitter and between the organization's Mares and Central Campuses, including Mares Rehabilitation and Medical Surgical units
• Developing and reassessing patient care plans
• Providing patient education
• Delegating tasks appropriately
• Adhering to policies, standards, and legal guidelines; keeping current with legal aspects of nursing practice
• Completing holistic assessments and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements

• Washington State or Compact Registered Nurse licensure
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
