About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting August 23, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring surgical procedures
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in Med Surg preferred
- Knowledge of Med Surg nursing practices and protocols
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
