Required Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee nursing license or compact license on file at the time of submission
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
- Prior travel experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting float assignments within multiple medical-surgical units
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical record system
- Navy scrubs preferred
Additional Information
- Radiation dates are scheduled on 08/10, 08/17, and 08/24
- Candidates will be expected to float within five medical-surgical units and to the emergency department as needed
- Ratios range from 1:1 to 1:6
- The unit manages its own schedule
- The environment involves working with adult patients (18+)
