About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Maywood, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring medical-surgical interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care plans are met
- Perform routine and complex medical procedures under supervision
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including 12-hour shifts and nights

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
