About the role
Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 26-week assignment starting October 5, 2026, at a facility in Fishersville, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med Surg setting.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg.
- Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
- Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
- Valid driver's license.
- Background check and drug screen required.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
